SERVE WITH RCC
Community life means everyone has a part to play. We believe each person has unique gifts and we love seeing our members contribute to the overall mission of this church. Working together, combining our various talents means our community will thrive. This church is not a building, it's a family.
This team welcomes people to Sunday service. Your greeting is the first thing people hear when they enter RCC. All you need is a willingness to be friendly or offer a smile as people show up—we want everyone to know that we are glad they're here with us.
set-up & tear-down
This team is the muscle behind our services and events. We meet in an elementary school, which means we're uniquely plugged into our community. It also means we have to be willing to keep our set-up portable. You ensure we've got chairs, sound equipment, and a well-equipped children's ministry space.
We offer the opportunity for people in our church to receive prayer during our worship services. This group has a heart for intercession and shows up ready to listen and love others by praying for them one-on-one.
RCC values children and their place in our community. We believe they are worth pouring into. We want to give kids a place to feel save, known, and loved—and somewhere to learn more about Jesus! The ministry team has a heart for children. Background checks required.
Young people are a vital part of our church community. We're here to raise up a generation of worshippers. The focus is on relationships. We teach, worship together, give them space to grow, and make them feel loved. This team is building friendships as they mentor and walk alongside our youth.
